FAQ
What’s the minimum booking time?
Minimum coverage is 2 hours. Longer coverage is available and recommended for bigger events or if you want more candid moments and group photos.
How many photos will we receive, and when will they be delivered?
For a 2-hour event with 30–40 guests, a gallery includes around 50–60 edited images (more/less depending on coverage time and attendee count). Most events are delivered within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri) as full-resolution, uncompressed files via a secure private link (Google Drive or similar).
Are travel costs included?
Travel within Wellington City is included. For out-of-area locations, travel is charged based on return travel time and distance, and is quoted upfront so there are no surprises.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling is welcome where possible — please give at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations before 72 hours may forfeit the retainer/booking fee due to date-holding and preparation, and the exact terms are confirmed at booking. The only exception is severe weather or climate-related issues that make the shoot unsafe or impractical. In that case, a full refund of booking fees will be provided.
